HBO Max, the newest streaming service from HBO, is set to launch next month. This new streaming service will offer a variety of content from the HBO library, as well as original programming, movies, and TV shows from other networks and studios.
HBO Max will be available for $14.99 per month and will include all of HBO’s content, including hit series like Game of Thrones and Westworld. In addition to HBO’s library, HBO Max will also feature content from WarnerMedia’s other networks and studios, such as Warner Bros., New Line Cinema, DC Entertainment, CNN, TNT, TBS, truTV, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Crunchyroll, Rooster Teeth, Looney Tunes, and more.
The service will also include a selection of movies from Warner Bros., such as Joker, The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part, and Aquaman. Additionally, HBO Max will offer a selection of classic films from the Criterion Collection.
HBO Max will also feature a wide range of original programming. This includes the upcoming Friends reunion special, as well as the new series Love Life starring Anna Kendrick. Other original series include The Flight Attendant starring Kaley Cuoco, Raised By Wolves from executive producer Ridley Scott, and the new DC Comics series Doom Patrol.
The streaming service will also offer a selection of kids’ programming from Cartoon Network and Adult Swim. This includes shows like Adventure Time, The Powerpuff Girls, and Teen Titans Go!.
HBO Max is set to launch in May 2020 and will be available on a variety of devices, including Apple TV, Android TV, Chromecast, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and select Samsung Smart TVs.
For those who already have an HBO subscription through their cable or satellite provider, HBO Max will be available at no additional cost. Additionally, AT&T customers can get HBO Max for free with certain plans.
